Kadyrov urges Russians to show the world their love for Putin

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has called on Russians to vote for President Vladimir Putin on the site of Time magazine in the rankings of the most influential people of 2015.

"We will show the world how much we love our national leader!!!" Kadyrov wrote on his page on Instagram, adding a link to the vote to his post.

48% of voters are currently expressing their support for Putin.
