Dmitry Danilov: "Minsk agreement is the basis for a political decision"

The head of the Department for European Security at the Institute of Europe, Vice-President of the Russian Association for European Studies Dmitry Danilov, speaking about possible ways of resolving the crisis in Ukraine, said that in the first place, the Minsk agreement must be respected.
