Cavusoglu: Turkey can play important role in resolving the conflict in Yemen

Ankara may contribute to a settlement of the conflict in Yemen, Turkey's Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said.

"Turkey can play an important role in preventing conflicts and taking safety measures in Yemen. The situation in Yemen should be resolved by paying respect to Yemen's territorial integrity," RIA Novosti cited the Foreign Minister.

Cavusoglu said that Ankara has extensive experience in the peaceful settlements of various conflicts.
