Russian Communists refuse to recognize Dagestan poll results
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaThe Russian Communist Party has refused to recognize the results of the elections held on October 10 in Dagestan, Yuga.ru reports, citing the Rosbalt information agency.
The Communists believe that the criminal elements and methods used in Dagestan in the 1990s returned. The party’s declaration noted that there were 5 young people with arms wearing black uniforms putting in fake ballots, with police neglecting their activities.
The declaration also stated that the unrest in the republic does not allow people to influence the situation using legal means.
It was reported earlier that on the night of October 10 ballots were stolen from the Hadzhalmakhi village of Levashin region. The head of the village, Abulmuslim Nurmagomedov, was killed in a gun attack. A total of 40 violations were registered during the elections in Dagestan.
