Lavrov: we are ready to resume relations with the EU

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov declared that Russia did not initiate the suspension of relations with the EU but it is ready to rebuild them.

"We did not initiate the suspension of relations. We will be ready to resume them as soon as our European partners are ready," he said.
