Expenditures of Sochi Olympics total 324.9 billion rubles

 

The Russian Audit Chamber has announced that the expenditures of the Sochi Olympics had totaled 324.9 billion rubles, 103.3 billion of which had been granted by the government, ASSS reports.The ‘Sochi 2014’ Organizing Committee made an income of 85.4 billion rubles, exceeding the bidding estimations of 47.6 billion rubles. National marketing traders were the ones to achieve such high income, exceeding the planned income 3.2-fold, or 33.6 billion rubles.
