Obama: sanctions against Iran will be applied if it violates the agreement

At a press conference in Panama yesterday, US President Barack Obama said that the country will impose sanctions against Iran if it violates the agreement on its nuclear program. 

"We reserve the option of sanctions in case Iran violates the agreement," Obama said, adding "if we get an agreement on Tehran's nuclear program, it would be the best way to ensure that Iran has no nuclear weapons."
