Explosion in Tbilisi apartment

An explosion occured in one of the apartments of a nine-storey building in Tbilisi, as a result of which a 65-year-old woman died, three people were wounded. 

Four people were rescued from the wreckage, one of them died and three were taken to hospital. The condition of one of the injured is severe.
