Anti-flu vaccination programme started in Stavropol

A vaccination campaign aganst flu has started in the Stavropol region. The region will receive 590 thousand doses of the vaccine, 60 thousand doses more compared to last year, RIA Novosti reports, citing the deputy director of the Federal Service on consumer rights protection and human well-being monitoring in the region, Irina
Kovalchuk.
She said this quantity of doses will allow the inoculation of 21% of all residents of the region, which will be a "good immune layer".
This year the vaccines consist of three strains, including H1N1, more commonly known as swine flu.
