Fabius: 2 issues need to be resolved to reach agreement with Iran French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius called the agreement reached in Lausanne a success, adding that in order to reach a comprehensive agreement two issues need to be resolved.According to the minister, the negotiators failed to agree on guarantees attesting to the fact that Iran would not have any opportunities to turn its nuclear program into a military one and on lifting the sanctions against Tehran.
