Georgia celebrates 1000th anniversary of Svetitskhoveli cathedral

Georgia is celebrating an Orthodox celebration, Mtskhetob-Svetitskhoveli, devoted to God's Chiton and the Life-Giving Pillar and the 1000th anniversary of the founding of the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, NewsGeorgia reports.
Delegations of Orthodox Churches from Bulgaria, Jerusalem, Ellada, Romania, the USA and Albania came to this celebration.
