Turkey awaits Russian decision on Samsun-Ceyhan project

Turkey is counting on a fast decision on whether Russia will participate in the construction of the Samsun-Ceyhan oil pipeline, Turkish Energy Minister Taner Yildyz said, reports RIA Novosti.
