President of Tatarstan arrives in Azerbaijan

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has arrived in Azerbaijan on a working visit. He was received at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport by Azerbaijani Deputy Minister for Economy and Industry, Niyazi Safarov, and other officials, Trend reports.
