Patrushev says supplying S-300 to Iran is due to changed international situation

The international situation has changed, so the Russian president has made a decision to implement the contract on supplying S-300 missile defense systems to Iran, Russia's Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev said.

He also stressed that the S-300 is an exclusively defensive weapon and it will not be used to harm any country, TASS reports.
