NATO Secretary General proposes reducing personnel

NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen has proposed  reducing the personnel of the command services of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization by 9,000 people, RIA Novosti reports.

He hopes this will make the command structure of NATO more effective and lose less money.
