Margvelashvili signs a decree pardoning 78 prisoners

Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili has signed a decree pardoning 78 prison inmates on the occasion of Orthodox Easter, the chairman of the presidential commission for pardons, Zviad Koridze, said.

The presidential decree allows 57 people to leave penitentiaries on Tuesday and reduces the terms of another 21 inmates, Interfax - Azerbaijan reports.
