Russian minister predicts rise of dependence on gas imports in Europe by 50%

The Russian Minister of Energy, Alexander Novak, said today that gas imports in Europe may rise from 200 billion cubic meters to 300 billion by 2025, Gazeta.ru reports.

Earlier, UK Prime Minister David Cameron had urged the EU to reduce its dependence on Russian gas imports.
