EU proposes negotiating with Iran

The EU representative on international affairs and security policy Catrin Ashton has proposed organizing negotiations between the "six" and Iran in Vienna, RIA Novosti reports, citing the agency FrancePress.
She hopes to hear a positive reply from Iran.
The Foreign Minister of Iran  bit earlier stated that Tehran is ready to start negotiating on its nuclear programme in close future.
