Luhansk veterans to mark May 9 in Moscow

Luhansk veterans will visit Moscow on May 9 to mark the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory. Luhansk rebel leader Igor Plotnitsky said that the number of veterans making the visit will depend on their health condition, Gazeta.ru reports.
