Azerbaijani and Latvian chief diplomats discuss bilateral cooperation

Foreign Ministers Elmar Mammadyarov (Azerbaijan) and Edgars Rinkevics (Latvia) have discussed bilateral relations and cooperation with the EU, preparations for the Riga Summit of the Eastern Partnership set for May 21-22 and regional problems at a meeting in Riga, Interfax-Azerbaijan reports.
