Criminal case initiated against teenagers willing to join ISIS in Chechnya

A criminal case was initiated against two 17-year-old teenagers in Chechnya for organizing collection of donations in January 2015 to join ISIS in Syria, TASS reports.

The young people are suspected of financing terrorism and preparations to join an illegal armed formation. Each may get five or more years of jail.
