Ramiz Mehdiyev celebrates 77th birthday

The Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan, member of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and State Councillor, Ramiz Mehdiyev, is celebrating his 77th birthday today.
