Otel Huseynov on the development of the energy sector of Azerbaijan

An expert of the Energy Ministry of Azerbaijan, Otel Huseynov, in the framework of the International Economic Forum 'Caspian Dialogue 2015', spoke about the development of the energy sector of Azerbaijan, the introduction of innovations in this area, as well as how to address environmental issues in the Caspian Sea.
