Caged bear in Dagestan bites kid’s hand off

 

A bear caged at a petroleum station in Pervomyskoye (Kayakentsky District, Dagestan) bit off a hand of a 9-year-old on April 15, the police have announced today. The child was taken to the Central City Hospital of Izberbash.Materials on the incident have been sent to investigators.
