Moscow will revive dialogue as soon as Washington wants

Dmitry Peskov, spokesman of Russian President Vladimir Putin, said today that Moscow will revive the dialogue with Washington as soon as the US wants to, TASS reports.

He added that Russia was not the one to start the 'sanctions war'.
