EU to downplay differences with Russia

Vygaudas Usackas, the head of the European Union’s delegation to Russia, said after a meeting at the Russian State Duma that the EU wanted to downplay the existing discords with Russia, TASS reports.

Concerning the sanctions, the diplomat emphasized that their lifting will depend on the realization of the Minsk Agreements.
