Kyrgyzstan’s PM resigns

Kyrgyzstan’s Prime Minister Joomart Otorbaev announced his decision to resign today in the parliament.

According to the Constitution of Kyrgyzstan, the resignation of the Prime Minister may mean the resignation of the entire government and the collapse of the ruling coalition.
