Chechen leader clarifies opinion about law enforcers

 

Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov has reiterated that special operations in the republic were not allowed without informing the Chechen Interior Ministry, the Chechen government reports.He clarified that Chechens were aware that people in marks were bandits, not law enforcers. Kadyrov added that armed men in marks should be detained immediately or neutralized if showing resistance.
