Gang leaders loyal to IS eliminated in Dagestan

"Yesterday during the active phase of a special operation carried out in the Operational Headquarters of the NAC in the Karabudakhkent region of Dagestan, special forces of the FSB and the Russian Interior Ministry eliminated two bandits, who opened fire on security forces from a grenade launcher and automatic weapons," the Information Center of the Committee reported to Interfax on Saturday

Previously, both criminals on behalf of their groups, as stated by the NAC, swore loyalty to the international terrorist organization Islamic State.
