«There won’t be nuclear weapons in Crimea», envoy says

Russia does not need to deploy nuclear weapons on the Crimean peninsula, said President's authorized representative in the Crimean Federal District Oleg Belavenetsev

There is no need to deploy nuclear weapons in Crimea,» he said. - We have enough weapons to get the enemy where he is. We have enough of these weapons, which are placed on nuclear submarines and other locations.»

 Crimea will remain  in the future as «a nuclear-free zone",  Belavenetsev said.
