Moscow City Duma to vote for new mayor

The City Duma of Moscow will hold a secret ballot on October 21 for Sergey Sobanyan to be the mayor of Moscow, RIA Novosti reports.

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev reported on Friday that he is proposing Sergey Sobanyan as candidate for mayor.
