Stavropol minister suspected of graft may be put behind bars again

 

Prosecutors of Stavropol Territory have filed an appeal to the court, requesting arrest of ex-Minister Vasily Lyamin. The court released the former minister suspected of graft from detention and put him under house arrest, Yuga.ru reports.Investigators say that Lyamin received a bribe from the 1-million-ruble grant given to the head of the Kislovodsk Technical School. Stavropol Governor Vladimir Vladimirov discharged and then dismissed Lyamin due to distrust.
