Kerry: US and EU have different vision of sanctions

US Secretary of State John Kerry and EU Chief Diplomat Federica Mogherini have held a meeting today. Kerry reminded his EU counterpart that Europe will need to make a very important decision on the extension of the sanctions, RIA Novosti reports.
