Turkish Stream to be completed in 2020

Alexander Medvedev, deputy chairman of the Management Committee of Russian energy company Gazprom, said that the Turkish Stream gas pipeline will have been completed by 2020. It will have a capacity of 64 billion cubic meters a year, RIA Novosti reports.An inter-governmental agreement of Russia and Turkey for the project is under development.14 billion cubic meters of gas transported through the pipeline will be sold to Turkey, 50 billion to Europe.
