Moscow authorities award scholarships and certificates to Azerbaijani students

20 young Azerbaijani students studying at Russian-speaking higher education centers will receive scholarship certificates from Moscow authorities, as stated at the Russian Information and Cultural Center yesterday, abc.az reports.
