Batumi to become friends with Turkish town of Kushadasi

A formal memorandum on friendship between Batumi and the Turkish town of Kushadasi is in the process of development, Business Georgia reports.

The chairman of the town council of Batumi, Giorgi Kirtadz, arrived on a 4-day official visit to Turkey on the 15th of October in order to work on the memorandum, according to the council of Batumi. Part of the visit involved Giorgi Kirtadz participating in an event organized by the International Union of Festivals. The festival will host 20 countries along with Georgia.
