Drugs delivered to Berlin supermarkets instead of bananas

A huge shipment of cocaine, accidentally hidden in boxes of Colombian bananas, has been found in supermarkets in Berlin, BBC reports. According to police, the banana boxes were used to smuggle drugs from Colombia.


According to German media, a total of 386 kg of cocaine, worth an estimated almost 20 million euros, was delivered to 14 Aldi stores in the Berlin area.
