Only 5 EU leaders will visit Moscow for May 9 celebrations

Leaders of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Greece and Cyprus will visit Moscow to mark the 70th Anniversary of Victory on May 9, TASS reports.

Other countries will be represented by officials of lower ranks.

Russia is not negotiating sanctions relief with the European Union at the moment.
