Turkey to be represented by ambassador at Victory Day in Russia

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will skip the celebrations of the 70th Anniversary of the Great Victory in Moscow on May 9, hence the country will be represented by Ambassador Umit Yardim, RIA Novosti reports.

25 out of 68 foreign leaders invited for the anniversary have already confirmed readiness to partake in the anniversary process.
