Chechen leader tests national drone

Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov has tested a state-of-the-art mini drone designed by Chechen engineers. He noted that the drone had advanced flight, speed and maneuverability characteristics. Kadyrov has used the drone to scare birds off the airport runway today, Gazeta.ru reports.
