Russian president to declare minute of silence at May 9 parade

Russian President Vladimir Putin will declare a minute of silence at the Victory Parade on the Red Square on May 9 to pay tribute to the soldiers killed in the Great Patriotic War, Putin's Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, Gazeta.ru reports.

The president will review the parade as the commander-in-chief.
