Russian border guards protect Armenian frontiers well

Major-General Vyacheslav Biryukov, the Russian chief border guard in Armenia, said today that Russian guards have caught 8 border jumpers. In his words, the Armenian border was well-protected by the Russian guards, News.am reports.

Over half of border violators were detained with the help of the population. Biryukov urged his executives to be even more vigilant on Victory Day and thanked all veterans for their work.
