Russia intends to resume relations with Europe, says Vladimir Putin

Moscow is ready to resume and develop relations with Europe, and with the Czech Republic in particular. Russian President Vladimir Putin made this statement before a meeting with Czech President Milos Zeman.

‘‘Unfortunately,  we had some fall of turnover, due to well-known events, including the fact of mutual restrictions on the economies of both countries,’’ Interfax quotes Putin.

"The situation is not beneficial for anybody. We understand this and hope that we'll manage to resume our relations with Europe,’’ Putin underlined.
