Russian President to attend the NATO summit in Lisbon

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev will participate at the NATO summit in Lisbon in November, RIA-Novsoti reports.

The summit is due to unveil a new strategic plan for the 28-country alliance on November 19-20 in Lisbon. The decision was taken after the meeting of the heads of Russia, Germany and France in the French town of Deauville.
