UK to reconsider relations with EU

British Prime Minister David Cameron said that the United Kingdom will reconsider relations with the EU and will hold a referendum on further membership in the organization by the end of 2017, RIA Novosti reports.

Cameron clarified that the only concern about membership in the EU was social benefits.

David Cameron won the elections of May 7. One of his promises was to hold a referendum on membership in the EU by the end of 2017. Another promise was to reconsider relations with the Union.
