Vice leader of ISIS killed

ISIS ex-leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi’s deputy Alaa Al-Afri and several other members of the organization have been killed in an air raid on a mosque at Tal Afar in the Nineveh Governorate, TASS reports.
