Russia ready to cooperate with Ukraine in delivering humanitarian aid to Donbas

The Russian Foreign Ministtry has expressed readiness to cooperate with the Ukrainian authorities in delivering humanitarian aid to Donbas. Russia looks forward to discussing the endeavour at a meeting of the working sub-group for humanitarian issues (formed by Ukraine, Donetsk, Luhansk, Russia, OSCE on February 12, 2015) in Minsk on May 19, TASS reports.

The ministry clarified that 26 humanitarian convoys with over 33,000 tons of aid had been delivered to Donbas since August 2014.
