Salehi discharged from hospital

The head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, Ali Akbar Salehi, who has had surgery for a perforated bowel, was discharged from hospital this morning.

Salehi had been hospitalized due to intestinal obstruction. After the surgery, the doctors characterized his condition as stable, RIA Novosti reports.
