Moscow and Yerevan will create a joint rescue center of humanitarian response. The agreement will be concluded at the "Integrated Safety and Security Exhibition-2015" in Moscow, a source in the Russian emergency services said.

"There will be a signing of an agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia on the establishment of the Armenian-Russian rescue center of humanitarian response in the city of Getargel in Armenia. It will help to quickly and effectively respond to emergency situations in border areas of both countries, as well as in third countries," RIA Novosti cited a source as saying.
