Azerbaijan to switch to winter time on October 31

AzerTag , citing the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents, reports that the Azerbaijan will switch to winter time on 31 October 2010 at 05.00 by setting the clocks one hour back, according to the act of the Cabinet of March 17, 1997.
